Card Bond: A $3 bond per issued card applies. This is refundable if cards are unused, undamaged, and returned within 7 days (received by day 10).

Event must be held on private property
Parking surface must be flat, dry, and stable (no mud or soft ground)
Access to power (minimum 2 × 10 Amp outlets) and tap water required
We reserve the right to refuse setup if conditions are unsuitable
