Drop off fees, shipping fees, delivery days and frequency vary by postcode. The fees are based on the real driving distance between the main depot (CBD of the metro and the time involved to deliver to your door. Your available delivery options and charges will be confirmed when you place your order.

Cold-Chain Drop-Off Fee

A cold-chain drop-off fee applies to each delivery address:

Delivery sectors (driving kilometers apply):

Metro 0-30 km; $36.00 excluding GST ($39.60 including GST and 20% fuel levy) ;
Outer Metro 30-50 km; $72.00 excluding GST ($79.20 including GST and 20% fuel levy);
Regional: 50 -150 km; $108 excluding GST ($118.80 including GST and 20% fuel levy);
Far Regional: 150-200 km: To be negotiated.

The drop-off fee includes delivery of one to five boxes with products (this is not the number of shipping boxes) to one address. The full fee applies even when only one box is ordered.

For orders containing more than five boxes, an additional $4.00 excluding GST ($4.40 including GST and 20% fuel levy) is charged for each extra box.

A separate cold chain-freight shipping fee is charged per box. This fee, (compare to the AusPost postage) is independent of the box’s actual weight or size, provided the total consignment does not exceed 22 kg.

For example, five boxes containing a total of 200 frikandellen weigh approximately 20 kg and remain within the 22 kg limit.

Frozen-freight charges vary by state and delivery route. Our products are dispatched from Victoria, so interstate transport and specialist frozen handling form part of the calculation. All applicable charges will be shown before you complete your order.
